  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 cup fresh berries: strawberries, blueberries or raspberries.  I like all of them together.
  • 1/3 cup Michaelene's Simply Sunny & Honey Granola TM
Layer yogurt and berries in a small bowl.  Sprinkle with granola and top with one large berry.  ENJOY:)
 
 
Michaelene's Hot and Comfy Granola (fruit and fiber)
  • 1/3 cup of your favorite Michaelene's Gourmet Granola TM
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water, milk or juice (your preference)
  • 1/3 cup fresh, frozen or dried fruit  (berries, peaches, cherries, apple slices, dates, babanas, raisins)
Heat in micro on high for 55 secs. 
Stir and ENJOY:)  Yummmmm!  This is a great before bed tummy warmer, too! 
 
 
Michaelene's Banana Granola Top Muffins
Prehheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons water
  • 1 1/3 cups pastry flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 12 ounces Michaelene's Simply Sunny & Honey Granola TM
Stir egg, oil, honey, vanilla and water until blended.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir to lumpy consistancy.
Gently fold in mashed bananas and walnuts--do not overmix!
Spoon batter into paper liners, filling each one 3/4 full. 
Sprinkle 1 ounce Michaelene's Simply Sunny & Honey Granola TM on top of batter filled muffin cup.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool and enjoy!                                          Yield: 12 muffins
