1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

1/3 cup fresh berries: strawberries, blueberries or raspberries. I like all of them together.

1/3 cup Michaelene's Simply Sunny & Honey Granola TM

1/3 cup of your favorite Michaelene's Gourmet Granola TM

1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
-
1/4 cup water, milk or juice (your preference)

1/3 cup fresh, frozen or dried fruit (berries, peaches, cherries, apple slices, dates, babanas, raisins)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons water
- 1 1/3 cups pastry flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 1/2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 12 ounces Michaelene's Simply Sunny & Honey Granola TM
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir to lumpy consistancy.
Gently fold in mashed bananas and walnuts--do not overmix!
Spoon batter into paper liners, filling each one 3/4 full.
Bake 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool and enjoy! Yield: 12 muffins
GRANOLA FRUIT THANKSGIVING DRESSING
Melt in a large pan:
¼ lb butter
Sauté on medium heat until soft:
1 cup chopped onion
1½ cup chopped celery
2 cup chopped apples (peeled and cored)
Remove from heat and put into very large mixing bowl with:
½ cup chopped toasted pecans
¼ cup sweet black currants
½ cup dried cranberries
2 cups MICHAELENE’S GOURMET GRANOLA™ * choose from
Simply Sunny & Honey™; Apple-Spice & Everything Nice™; Cheery Cherry Honey Crunch™; or with more nuts Apple-Raisin™; Cherry-Almond Crunch™; Cranberry Crunch™; Honey Nutty-Raisin™; or Nutty-Raisin Granola™
10 oz herb seasoned stuffing mix (Brownberry® is my favorite)
¼ t poultry seasoning
¼ t dried or fresh thyme
Toss and mix above ingredients then add:
4 cups natural chicken broth OR boiling water
Toss until thoroughly moistened. Spoon into casserole dish, cover and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!!! Happy Thanksgiving from our house to yours! Michaelene
